Step 1

Are we a good fit?

It is a difficult decision to determine what kind of company is right for you.

We may not be the right fit for every homeowner, and every homeowner may not be the right fit for us, and that’s OK. Remodeling your home is an intimate experience, similar to a marriage, and we want to make sure we are right for each other before moving forward. The first step in the process is to help each other figure this out by answering the following questions:

Step 2

Project Scope & Budget

Far too often we hear of projects that fall dead in the water due to false assumptions made around costs. Therefore, we like to give potential clients a rough order of magnitude (ballpark pricing based on scope) in order to reduce assumptions and align expectations. This can be accomplished through providing us with information about your potential project. Please click button below. You can expect to hear back from us in a couple days upon receipt of your information.

Step 3

On-site Consultation

Depending on your project type and need, the next step after receiving a ballpark proposal would be an onsite consultation with one of our project managers, architects or designers. If you are interested in our design services, we execute that through a Planning & Design Agreement.

Step 4

We Go To Work

(our construction process)

When we (us & you) are organized, efficient and effective, everybody wins. By communicating clearly from the beginning and reducing assumptions, expectations are generally exceeded. The construction process is messy and difficult (ask anyone who has done it), so we do everything in our power to set each project and client up for success. This is primarily achieved through our Project Information Document – an online, web-based communication tool we developed which provides you with all the real time information necessary for a well run project.
